The 7,800 square-footer is designed around a small courtyard, a little Mediterranean fantasy offering al-fresco potential and comfortable lounging on warm days and cool evenings. The lot is a big one; over three acres is ample space for a generous buffer zone, a pool and patio complex, and a bit of elephantine topiary.
