TV personality Faye Resnick put a cute little Spanish-style in Los Angeles up for sale during the holidays. Resnick is asking $2.495 million for the property, which is situated in a quiet corner of Hollywood Hills West. She purchased the place in the summer of 2017 for $2.175 million.

The home dates to the 1960s, so the Spanish styling isn’t quite as intense as it might be, but there are still plenty of fine details for devotees of the style. Hand painted tile staircase risers, oak plank, original Saltillo, soft arches, wrought iron, a bit of stained glass, and the occasional wall niche set a typically romantic living style.
