The 2021 model year will find the Audi Q7 refreshed. However, while European dealerships will see a hybrid version, American dealerships will not.
The Q7 is the penultimate model in the series, and a hybrid version of it was apparently not deemed a top seller for the U.S. But there are other changes to the model that are worth examining.
The exterior of the SUV doesn’t look dramatically different, but there are alterations and updates. On the front end, the grille is one component that has received a brush-up, and now sports the familiar octagonal motif.
The Q7’s tech suite receives substantive changes, however, with a new dual-screen layout, and a series of additions to Audi’s MMI infotainment system that includes Google Earth and voice recognition. The cabin atmosphere has also been tweaked, with ambient lighting and audio courtesy of Bang & Olufsen.
Audi hasn’t yet revealed a U.S. delivery estimate for the 2021 Q7, but indicated that it will arrive later in the upcoming year.
