Professional soccer player Lionel Messi purchased a pied-a-terre in South Florida’s Porsche Design Tower this fall. The Argentinian prodigy paid $5 million for the condo residence; the property had been listed at $7.5 million prior to the sale.

The duplex unit contains 2 bedrooms and 5 baths in its 3,130 square feet of interior living spaces; it is the only 2-bed unit in the building. The common living area is open concept, with a great room that rises to the ceiling of the second floor, and contains a wet bar.
