NBA star JaVale McGee listed a villa in Encino this month that was once owned by singer Marc Anthony. McGee is asking $3 million for the property; he purchased the home in 2015, for $2.4 million, about a year before he joined the Golden State Warriors, and three years before joining his current outfit, the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Spanish-style home has unusually fine details to show off. The 6,263 square feet of interiors are very comfortable and quite inviting, featuring earth tone and dark wood accents. The living room features distressed plank floors, a French fireplace with a stone inset, and multiple sets of French doors transitioning to the rest of the shared living area and the property exterior. The kitchen features tile counter and island tops finished in moss-colored glaze.

The property exterior is unusually fine. Arranged around a swimming pool, spa and patio are a gazebo, a cabana bar, and a grille station with dining bar. Landscaping is mature, and provides plentiful privacy and shade.
