With his most recent contract taking him to Italy to play for team Auxilium Torino, pro basketball sharpshooter Sasha Vujacic has put his home in Southern California up for sale for $3.799 million.
The building features brutalist design cues and stacked stone accents. From the street, twin balconies, an octagonal roof, and a shoji-screen garage door are visible.
The interior living style is slickly presented, with natural, satin-finished floors, pale grey walls, and tongue-in-groove ceilings. The kitchen’s blend of grey tones, faux stone, brushed stainless and black granite countertops give it an appealingly urbane feel, while the master bedroom—one of 3 in the residence—is breezy and comfortable, with louvered blinds opening to superbly laid-back views of the ocean and beachfront lifestyle.
The home’s primary living spaces extend across two levels. The ground level is given over to a garage, and there is an in-law or maid’s apartment below.
Vujacic picked up the section home in Manhattan beach in 2009, during his long tenure with the L.A. Lakers. He paid $1.85 million for it.
