With her tenure on ‘Real Housewives of New York’ now over, Bethenny Frankel may or may not be departing for greener pastures…but she’s certainly looking to let go of some real estate.

This autumn finds her lowering the ask of her SoHo condo once again. Frankel listed it for the first time in 2017, when she hoped its $4.995 million asking price would stimulate a sale. It didn’t, and nearly three years have elapsed in the meantime. The property is now being marketed $3.995 million; she purchased the unit in 2014, for $4.25 million.

The unit is located on the second floor of a 1910-built brick building on a cobblestone street in the Cast Iron historical district. It features a step-down living room with 14-foot ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, a lengthy hallway as a gallery-style preamble, and a generally airy, off-white execution that is balanced by floors in glossy, warm-finished walnut plank.

The kitchen of the 2,300 square footer shows off imported marble, a high-powered vent system, top-flight appliances, and a cavernous pantry. The accommodations are double-suite; the master contains a custom walk-in closet and a marble-clad bath, while the guest suite receives a window seat.

Frankel’s latest Skinnygirl enterprise is Skinnygirl Fresh Market Deli, a line of prepackaged cold cuts containing zero preservatives; it was lunched…that is, launched…in 2017.
