With her nearly $6 million purchase of a Brentwood estate the newcomer to her portfolio, RHBH alum Camille Grammer has put another of her properties up for rent. Ms. Grammer—former wife of Kelsey Grammer—is asking $25K/month for the waterfront home.

The 1950-built house extends to 1,632 square feet, making the most of the location with abundant seaward glass and an upper and lower deck. Raw wood gives the exterior walls and privacy walls a bit of classic coastal SoCal rusticity that recalls the beach cottage aesthetic prominent during the home’s year of construction.

The interiors of this vacation spot don’t try to compete with the setting. A reclaimed wood accent wall provides a bit of contrast, and plank floors add some warmth, but otherwise the feel is very neutral.
