Following his professional transition from Anaheim to the Dallas Stars, NHL player Corey Perry has listed his residence in Corona del Mar. Perry has owned the place since 2014, his eighth season with the Anaheim Ducks. He paid $4.8 million for it, according to public records.
The house is located in Shore Cliffs, a gated seaside community. The waterfront home is a contemporary Cape Cod style, and dates to 2013.
Interior/exterior flow is abundantly accounted for in the design, and the home’s transition room boasts a series of pocketing glass walls that open up the space beautifully to the outdoors. The combination family/dining room takes duties as common area, with plank floors, a fireplace, and French doors opening onto the exterior. The living room receives a fireplace as well, and the kitchen/dayroom a butler’s pantry.
The home’s interiors are tasteful yet down-to-earth—the house carries literally no glitz. The 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths don’t deviate from the formula, with only the master bath showing a little extravagance. A private master terrace, a guest apartment, and a rooftop deck, and a covered porch augment the living spaces.
