Canadian company INKAS specializes in security. Their Armored Vehicle Manufacturing division tackles less mainstream roadgoing difficulties, and in the past has catered especially to law enforcement.

That appears to be changing, and INKAS is moving toward devoting more energy to consumer sales.  At their showroom in Ontario, you might be sold on an armored Lexus or Mercedes executive sedan, or a Cadillac Escalade. And, because the market for the most luxurious bulletproof ride possible is growing, INKAS can modify your Bentley—or order one and build it to suit.

The company has worked with the Mulsanne in the past, and now tackles the Bentayga, too. INKAS armoring tiers are classed according to protection desired, with additional options available. Bentleys generally start at B4 level—essentially protection from handgun fire—and extend to B7, which will protect against protracted attacks with Kalashnikov rounds and sniper rifles, and the odd hand grenade.

B7-level armoring makes for a heavy Bentayga, though, as the model rolls out of the Bentley factory at over two and a half tons. INKAS suggests B6 protection for those looking for everyday protection from angry people wielding AK-47s…and the odd hand grenade. The lighter-weight option allows better agility when effecting escape.
