Actor Topher Grace is looking to move on from his Los Angeles-area modern ranch for $2.7 million.
The “Interstellar” and “That ’70s Show” star paid $2.5 million for the 1954-built Studio City residence about two years ago. The mid-century-style one-story spans 3,700 square feet and includes four bedrooms and three baths.
The California ranch-style residence shows revisions throughout. It features an open-concept main living space accented with bright white walls and wide-plank satin-finished hardwood flooring. The living area impresses with a wall of built-in shelving, a fireplace, and two large sets of glass sliders leading outside.
The rectangular room flows from the dedicated living area to the dining space and the contemporary kitchen. All-white cabinets, quartz countertops, and a subway tile backsplash contrast with stainless steel appliances for a bright, clean aesthetic.
Beyond the stylish main living area, buyers will also likely be drawn to the indoor-outdoor living space, which opens to a shaded terrace, a lush lawn, and a swimming pool.
