This month, Indianapolis Colts owner and CEO Jim Irsay re-listed his mansion in Zionsville, a suburb of Indianapolis. Irsay is asking $2.5 million for the property. According to public records, he’s had it on and off the market for about two years.

The main residence contains six bedrooms in its roughly 9,000 square feet. Much of the living space is on the second story. Oak plank floors, plentiful glass and an open concept living space are hallmarks of the common areas.

The kitchen features a double island, and a semi-alcove for a breakfast room, and a great room packs in a fine sense of scale via cathedral ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace accent wall, and a wall of glass with doors that open to a deck overlooking the property.

The lot extends to sixteen acres, giving the overall living style a very secluded feel. A 2,500 square-foot guest house augments the accommodations with an additional two bedrooms and 3 baths.

Irsay’s net worth is estimated at $2.7 billion. Back in June, he paid nearly $4 million to purchase David Gilmour’s Black Strat guitar at auction.
