Political consultant/analyst Karl Rove has elected to list his West Lake Hills, Texas, home for $2.8 million.

Rove—who formerly served as the White House deputy chief—has owned the contemporary residence located in the Austin suburbs for many years. Standing sentry outside the two-bedroom residence? A guard dog of sorts: one of Jeff Koons’ balloon dog sculptures.
