Actress Ashley Benson recently listed her charming Los Angeles-area period Spanish-style for $2.45 million.

The 1925-built villa is located in the Los Feliz area. Nestled in the Laughlin Park hills among plenty of mature trees, the three-story residence spans 2,600 square feet.

Benson purchased the property about a year and a half ago for $1.8 million, but she’s since invested a fair amount in renovations and upgrades. While the home certainly looks stunning, it’s unclear if the sale will leave the star in the red or not.

The three-bed, 3.5-bath residence’s exterior architecture features white stucco, black trim and accents, and a tile roof. Within, a light and airy feel is contrasted with dark accents. Beautifully refinished mid-tone hardwood floors flow throughout and add warmth, and rounded lines bring softness to the interiors.

The home is accented with luxurious finishes, most notably in the living room with its black marble fireplace surround, to the marble in the master bath, and the gourmet kitchen’s gray cabinetry and dark-veined marble countertops. The lot isn’t large, but carves out room for a cozy yard with a fire pit and a bench.
