Actor Jussie Smollett has moved on from his Los Angeles-area condo for $1.655 million.

The “Empire” star paid $1.687 million for the Studio City residence, so it looks like the sale was barely a break-even.

Tucked in the San Fernando Valley foothills behind privacy gates, the 2,600-square-foot modern-inspired residence stands out with an open-concept central living space. The living room boasts ceiling beams and a series of large windows looking out to the hills.

The three-bedroom house also has a lower-level master suite with a marble bathroom, two walk-in closets, and French doors leading to a small deck. In addition to two other bedrooms, there’s also a dedicated office.
