Rob Gronkowski Set to Enjoy Retirement in His New $1.7M Miami Condo

Recently retired NFL star Rob Gronkowski has purchased a luxurious Miami condo for $1.7 million.

Looking at his new digs, it appears Gronk is settling into his retirement quite nicely after moving on from his Boston penthouse; he sold that unit for $2.3 million this spring. The former Patriots player is now a Floridian, and presumably arrives with his golf clubs in hand.

Interestingly, Gronk picked up the sleek and contemporary pad from fellow professional athlete, soccer star John Carew. Carew is a retired Norwegian Euro-football pro.

Tucked in the corner on the 39th floor of the luxurious Marquis, the 3,850-square foot unit boasts five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Materials, space, and light tell the tale: the light and airy central living space features 20-foot ceilings and walls covered constructed of floor-to-ceiling glass panels, as well as marble floors and flourishes.

The views take in the sparkling blue water of Biscayne Bay, and sliding glass doors from the living room open to a spacious deck for breathing in the fresh ocean air.

Gronkowski finds himself retired and living the tropical lifestyle at the ripe old age of 30.
