Actor/comedians Kevin Nealon and Susan Yeagley recently moved on from their Pacific Palisades home, collecting $4.85 million on their way out the door.

The duo paid $3.45 million for the L.A.-area residence back in 2010. They originally listed the place for $5.3 million in 2016, with inevitable price reductions following as the months accumulated into years.

Located near Palisades Village in El Medio Bluffs, the three-story Georgian features exterior architecture that boasts pilasters, whitewashed brick, and a recessed entry with a neoclassical portico and a classic fanlight window.

The interiors measure in at 5,244 square feet; there are seven bedrooms and six baths all told. The living style is warm but traditional, with contemporary accents. Upon entry, residents will find the formal living room to the right and the dining room with coffered ceilings and detailed trim to the left. The heart of the residence is the open-concept family room and gourmet kitchen.

The spacious kitchen boasts a great sense of space, with a sprawling 12-foot center island, an additional peninsula, bright white cabinetry, and a fleet of high-end stainless steel appliances. The family room opens directly to the backyard via sliders, where lush lawn and a privacy wall of mature trees await.

Nealon and Susan Yeagley wed in 2005.
