Singer-songwriter Zayn Malik has relisted his Bel Air home with a reduced ask. The property is now priced at $3.2 million.

The former One Direction band member picked up the Los Angeles-area home for $3.1 million nearly four years ago. Just last year, the superstar attempted to sell the ranch-style residence for $3.5 million, but a buyer for the home proved elusive.

The setting is incredibly private. Tucked away behind ample foliage and plenty of mature trees, the one-acre property feels secluded and removed from the hue and cry.

The 2,300-square-foot single-story home features two bedrooms, giving over the lion’s share of the footprint to common space.
