Former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” personality Jaqueline Laurita is selling her luxurious Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, home for $1.75 million.
Unfortunately for the Bravo TV star, it doesn’t look like she’s set to make much of a return on her investment; she paid $1.72 million for the residence in 2002.
Fans of the show will be able to truly imagine themselves as a “Real Housewife” in the six-bedroom, 5.5-bath residence; it’s suitably grandiose. And quite up-to-date, as well; while the European-inflected house was built in 2001, it has since benefited from a series of revisions.
The sprawling kitchen features a country-home style, and a massive center island; definitely catering-friendly. The rest of the residence is similarly ideal for entertaining; the great room boasts soaring ceilings, grand fireplace, and wet bar, and the basement is fitted with a card room and a wine cellar.
The exterior living spaces include a massive deck. Stone accents, lush lawns and mature trees fill out the generously proportioned lot.
