NBA star Julius Randle has listed his contemporary/Southern-style Louisiana manse for $3.1 million. The estate is situated in an upscale suburb of New Orleans.

Randle recently signed a $63-million contract with the New York Knicks, it’s unlikely he’ll have much time to visit his grand southern estate. Which is a shame. The five-bedroom French Provincial-style estate was built in 2017 and boasts a light and airy contemporary aesthetic throughout.

The home begins with an all-white double-height foyer with a curving wrought-iron staircase covered in striking white marble. As the 7,721 square footer progresses, it opens into a central great room featuring an open flow from the living room to the dining room and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is especially impressive, sporting rustic ceiling beams, custom cabinetry, and two marble islands.

A few steps away is the main living space, defined by a coffered ceiling, floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and several sets of French doors opening broadly to the exterior. The backyard is ideal for entertaining with plenty of patio space and a swimming pool with spa.

Randle purchased the property just last year for a bit under $3 million.
