Oklahoma City Thunder NBA star Russell Westbrook is selling his Beverly Crest home for $5.995 million.
Westbrook recently spent $19.75 million on a new construction in Brentwood, so he no longer needs his other Los Angeles-area digs. Interestingly, the modern-trad house was formerly owned by “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Scott Disick.
The five-bedroom, 5.5-bath contemporary-inflected residence underwent a comprehensive rebuild under the direction of Stewart-Gulrajani Design Team. The shared living area is now strikingly open-concept, featuring a combination living room, dining area, and kitchen that presents a fine sense of scale.
The gourmet kitchen stands out, though; the room received a mix of dark cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and marble, and it is anchored beautifully by a trendy waterfall-edge eat-in island. Banks of floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to the backyard, offering excellent interior/exterior flow to the living style.
Outside, the mixed living space impresses with dedicated patio space, a lush lawn, and a swimming pool with a spa. Privacy hedges and a nice swath of lawn give the backyard a green, secluded feel.
