Fox Sports’ Colin Cowherd Looking to Sell Luxe Utah Property for $5.2M

Sportscaster Colin Cowherd has listed his luxurious Park City, Utah, home for $5.2 million.

The Fox Sports host picked up for the recently constructed mountain estate in 2017, and initially tried to sell the property for $4.9 million last year. It appears Cowherd has a bit more faith in the market this time around.

The residence is a fairly interesting contemporary alpine home. It is quite large; it spans 6,556 square feet, with six bedrooms and an open-concept main living space that’s flooded with natural light. Lots of glass, and folding glass walls make for seamless interior/exterior flow; the views, of course, are lovely and dramatic, and the transparency of the architecture makes the setting the living style. As it should be.

Amenities are many, and provide all the recreational potential one could ask for in a mountain retreat. The home boasts an arcade room, a home theater, and a garage with a sport court. Outside, an outdoor kitchen, multiple fire features, and a hot tub fill out the grounds.
