Tech entrepreneur Sean Rad recently listed his Montecito ranch for $12.67 million. The former Tinder CEO and co-founder purchased the Santa Barbara-area estate for $11 million from Ellen DeGeneres and Portia di Rossi.

The oceanfront equestrian property is a dreamy escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Dubbed Rancho San Leandro, the ranch boasts two main residences spanning a total of 6,764 square feet, and a heady period feel.

Built in the mid-1800s, the main hacienda-style residence may hold just one bedroom and one bathroom, but it features a spacious 53-foot-long living and dining space. Buyers will likely be drawn to the entertainment space’s vaulted and beamed ceilings and eat-in kitchen.

The second structure is a bit larger, and consists of three Hacienda-style buildings connected by a long covered porch. The spaces are currently used as an office and a gym, a two-story guesthouse, and a three-car garage.

The beautiful estate features a four-stall horse barn with a tack room, a fenced dressage arena, paddocks, and manicured gardens.
