Lucy Hale has moved on from her Los Angeles-area home. The actress and singer accepted an offer of $2.45 million for the Spanish style.
The “Pretty Little Liars” star purchased the Studio City house for $1.735 million back in 2014. Nestled in the hills of Coldwater Canyon, the Spanish-meets-contemporary residence spans some 3,880 square feet.
The four-bedroom, four-bath digs stand out with a double-height main living space that’s accented with wood ceiling beams and a floor-to-ceiling white brick fireplace. The open-concept common area also includes four sets of French doors and a dedicated dining space.
Further inside, the kitchen wows with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and marble countertops. A rustic table serves as a casual dining spot, and sliding glass doors lead to a petite balcony.
The backyard is compact, but it does a good job of getting in the essentials: a small lawn, a swimming pool, and a bit of lounge space for relaxation and time away.
