President Trump’s residential real-estate holdings in California diminished a little recently when The Trump Organization sold this home in Beverly Hills for $13.5 million. The sale was conducted on the QT; the buyer is Indonesian billionaire Hary Tanoesoedibjo’s Hillcrest Asia Limited. The Organization maintains the Trump National Golf Club Los Angeles, a 250-acre resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. It is currently the only property in Los Angeles County still owned by the company.

The house is one of two adjacent properties owned by the Organization at one time. It was purchased by the company in 2007, for $7 million. The corner lot is situated near the Beverly Hills Hotel, and at one of the most prestigious intersections in the city.

Unfortunately, there are no interior shots of the house available at this time. Available street-level photos are limited to shots of the famous hedges—which the Organization was fined over by the city—and a steep roofline.

Public records indicate that the home was constructed in 1927. It is a 5,395 square-foot structure with five bedrooms and six baths. Satellite images show a fair expanse of lawn occupying much of the slightly less than seven-tenths of an acre lot.

Hary Tanoesoedibjo’s business empire covers media, telecommunications, real estate, and mining. His net worth is around $1 billion.
