Actress Priscilla Presley has listed her Los Angeles-area home for $3.65 million.

The “King’s” former wife has owned the Brentwood residence since 1976, a few years after she left Elvis alone and singing the blues. But she hasn’t lived on the property for years; her mother has called it a longtime home. Ms. Presley shelled out $170,000 for the 1949-built home back in the day.

The ranch-style house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in its 2,500 square feet. The interior may be spruced up to reflect more contemporary tastes if desired, but the frame of a tasteful, classic ranch is certainly there as is, and the exterior’s understated style still works well. The living room is a charmer, with pitched, beamed ceilings, and French doors opening to the backyard.

The kitchen has an early-80’s design look that is endearing. Not heavy-handed, just a little past-tense.

The property is a larger corner lot. The backyard space is accented with mature trees, lush lawns, a dining patio, and a swimming pool.
