Following a price cut, singer Adam Lambert has relisted his Los Angeles home for $3.595 million.

The “American Idol” alum first listed the modern residence two years ago for $3.995 million. Though it didn’t find a buyer then, the combination of a reduced ask and a very active L.A. market is likely to work in Lambert’s favor this time.

Located above the Sunset Strip, the contemporary spans 3,800 square feet with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The 1947-built residence has undergone a number of updates and renovations over the years, and the result is a stylish contemporary abode that balances period details and up-to-date features very well.
