Prolific film producer Ryan Kavanaugh, who counts Limitless, The Social Network, and 3:10 to Yuma among his credits, has listed his Pacific Palisades mansion for $25 million.
Kavanaugh picked up the Los Angeles-area lot back in 2008 for $10.55 million in anticipation of a custom build. The three-quarter-acre property now features a newly-constructed Nantucket-style mansion spanning 10,500 square feet.
The seven-bedroom, eight-bath residence boasts three stories of living space, and a comfortingly traditional-luxe living style. Upon entering the home, visitors are welcomed to a large combination living area with a double-sided fireplace and two sets of French doors leading outside.
The large all-white kitchen impresses with a center island, marble countertops, and an eat-in peninsula. The kitchen flows directly to the combination dining and family room that features a grand vaulted ceiling, a large central fireplace, and two more sets of French doors.
The home’s amenities are numerous, and include a gym, a 10-seat movie theater, and a games room with a wet bar; a 960-bottle wine cellar handles vintage storage. Outside, an outdoor kitchen, a spacious deck, and a beautiful infinity-edge swimming pool await.
The property is located atop a promontory overlooking Will Rogers State Beach and offers unparalleled views of the mountains, coastline, and the Pacific Ocean.
Kavanaugh co-founded Relativity Media in 2004. The company has financed over 200 films and has generated over $17 billion in box office revenue.
