Longtime host of “Jeopardy” Alex Trebek has listed his Paso Robles home for $1.399 million.
The idyllic wine country lake house is a beaut. It’s located in the heart of Central California, meaures 2,600 square feet, and sits on 30 acres alongside Lake Nacimiento. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, and a fairly plain execution. Setting is everything in this case, though and the home has plenty of windows looking out to the lake.
The property also features a 1,500-square-foot workshop. Buyers with a passion for the outdoors and watersports will find the two Honda ATVs, a Sea-Doo, a Jet Ski, a private launch ramp, and a covered dock to be welcome inclusions. The home is being sold fully furnished.
Trebek was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last month; in the video that revealed his illness, he joked that he had to beat it, in order to fulfill his contractual obligation to “Jeopardy.”
