Former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Jeana Keough has listed her Coto de Caza, California, home for $2.95 million.
Keough, a licensed real estate professional, purchased the Orange County home from one of her clients a few years ago with the goal of renovating it. And that she did. After a year of work and a lot of cash, the 5,306-square-foot home has received a brand new look complete with crystal chandeliers, stone floors, and custom wrought-iron railings.
The main living space is open concept for an easy flow from kitchen to dining and living rooms. Keough’s design sense is on full display in the kitchen, where she apparently spent $150,000 of her budget; the light and airy space now boasts a slick contemporary farmhouse-style complete with rustic beams, marble countertops, and a large eat-in center island. Finishing touches include Sub-Zero refrigerated drawers, a Wolf range, self-glide drawers, and a full prep kitchen.
Beyond the five-bedroom home’s luxe interior spaces, the exterior also received a substantial facelift: $50K was spent sprucing up the exterior. The 1.2-acre lot is beautifully outfitted with limestone, fire features, a large patio, and an outdoor dining space, and can accommodate a guest list of 200 people.
