Jacqueline Laurita of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” fame has relisted her New Jersey mansion at a reduced price. The contemporary colonial mansion is now priced at $1.95 million.
Avid watchers of the ‘scripted real’ will likely recognize the home’s photos; the property was frequently featured on the show. The reality TV star and her husband had hoped to find a buyer for the Franklin Lakes home willing to make an offer in the neighborhood of $2.85 million; that was in 2014. Since then, the property has been on and off the market with a steadily declining ask.
The 2001-built residence boasts a bevy of generously proportioned entertaining spaces, and features six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. And the home is stacked with beautiful features, including a central great room accented with a fireplace and a wet bar, a kitchen with custom cabinetry, a massive center island, and a commercial range, and a huge basement housing a gym, a card room, an office, and a wine cellar.
The property exterior is extensive, and features rolling lawns, groomed landscaping, limestone walkways, and a deck with a barbeque station.
