Nine-time NBA All-Star and two-time Olympic gold medalist Chris Paul has moved on from his Mediterranean-style villa in Texas, collecting $5.85 million on his way off the court.
Paul probably doesn’t regard the sale as an ideal fadeaway, though; he purchased the estate in October 2017 for $6.36 million.
The grand residence is located on 1.5 acres in the suburbs of Houston. The property overlooks the fairways of the Tony Carlton Woods community in the Woodlands, and the home is just one of many luxurious properties in the master-planned community.
It’s a large house, with interiors measuring 18,717 square feet. There are nine en-suite bedrooms, and plenty of space to entertain. The living areas are generously proportioned, and the kitchen is large enough to handle catering. Details in the shared spaces include soaring ceilings, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and two marble-covered islands.
The home’s athletic recreations include golf-simulation room and an indoor half-court. For those less interested in sports, the home also boasts a movie theater, a spacious upper-floor terrace, and a lanai with an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace.
