This month, actress Sarah Rafferty listed her stylish, stucco-walled Los Angeles-area modern for $2.35 million.

The 1,691-square-foot Spanish-inflected home is located just a block off of Melrose Avenue, and tucked behind mature landscaping and privacy gates. Rafferty paid $1.787 million for the West Hollywood residence back in 2006, and it looks like she put a bit of cash into it. The 1950s-era home has undergone a number of chic updates.

The interior space is light and bright with a number of contemporary updates. Potential buyers will likely be drawn to the three-bedroom home’s fairly open main living space connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
