Retired MLB pitcher Huston Street is looking to move on from his Austin, Texas, mansion for $7 million.

Huston–a three-time All-Star who pitched for the Angels, the Padres, and the Rockies—originally listed the Mediterranean-style estate for $5.4 million back in 2015. The higher price may be a reflection of improving conditions in the Houston market.

The 10,198-square-foot home was designed in the style of an Italian villa. It was custom-built in 2007, and contains six bedrooms.

Within, the living spaces are warm and open; the great room features a fireplace and walls covered by large floor-to-ceiling arched windows. Nearby is a formal dining room with a glitzy chandelier, and the gourmet kitchen, which features soaring ceilings, detailed woodwork, and massive center island. The home has a dedicated wine room and a movie theater as well.
