Aston Martin Channels Hypercar Design Language Into 2022 Vanquish Vision Concept

First introduced at this year’s Geneva Auto Show, the Aston Martin 2022 Vanquish Vision concept car is a production mid-engine build which evokes much in the way of Vanquish-style history.

The Vanquish Vision joined the AM-RB 003 at Geneva. Collectively, the two mid-engine design supercars are a one-two punch for European exotics as this decade transitions into the next. Both are hybrid vehicles, and they share the same design spirit.

Under the hood of Vanquish Vision lurks a hybrid twin-turbo V6; the AM-RB 003 receives a very similar powertrain. The Vanquish Vision is also designed around a bonded aluminum chassis, though, not carbon fiber. The 2022 Vanquish is intended to be a road car. It features a larger cabin than the AM-RB 003, which is more track-oriented.

Those sufficiently smitten with the photos below to write a check for the production version of the Vanquish Vision will be pleased to learn that it isn’t far from availability, and it will not be a limited edition.
