A former home of pop singer Perry Como was recently listed for $2.9 million. It’s not in Seattle, though, it’s in New York.

The Sands Point Colonial served as Como’s family home for around 30 years; it was last available for $3.45 million in 2018. During Como’s ownership, the residence underwent an expansion to include additional entertaining space, which may be seen in the photos below.

Beyond the addition of an entertaining room, several other Como touches—including a hand-painted bathroom mural—help to give the home a unique appeal. Buyers will also be drawn to both casual and formal living areas, especially the formal dining room.

Mr. C, as Como was nicknamed, sold millions of records over a career spanning over half a century. He has three stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, honoring his work in radio, music, and television.
