Rock musician Travis Barker has made his Calabasas home available to rent for $27,500 a month.

Barker—who is best known as the drummer for Blink 182—paid $2.8 million for the Los Angeles-area mansion about two years ago. It is located in a guard-gated community.

The luxurious 7,200-square-foot home recently underwent a number of cosmetic updates. The 2006-built neo-Italianate residence now features a light, airy, contemporary aesthetic given a bit of tough complexity by virtue of industrial-inspired accents.

The six-bedroom, six-bath home boasts spacious casual and formal living spaces, including a large formal dining room.
