The couple behind TLC’s popular “Nate & Jeremiah by Design” have sold one of their Los Angeles-area properties for $11.3 million.

Berkus and Brent are designers, and their style is fully on display in their recently sold Hancock Park residence. Located in a beautiful historic L.A. neighborhood, the estate’s charm certainly contributed to its successful sale.

Unsurprisingly, the 1920s-era Mediterranean-style mansion underwent an extensive update under Berkus and Brent’s ownership. The new owner was likely drawn to the contemporary touches incorporated with the home’s classic features, like lacy molding and steel-cased windows.
