Multitalented French musician David Guetta has secured a tenant for his luxurious Miami penthouse for $18,000 a month.

The DJ/music producer/songwriter purchased the Paraiso Bay unit about five years ago. Last year, he picked up another Miami Beach penthouse at Setai Hotel for $9.5 million, and is presumably using that as a primary residence. One penthouse too many, as it were.
