Former child star turned radio personality Danny Bonaduce has listed his Hollywood condo for $1.05 million.

“The Partridge Family” actor picked up the Los Angeles-area unit with his now ex-wife back in 2007. Spanning 2,740 square feet, the three-bedroom, three-bath home is divided among three main stories, creating a series of separate living spaces that give it a townhome-like feel.

The central living space is an open-concept living room with honey-colored wood floors that flow through to the kitchen. Relatively simple with dark cabinetry and white countertops, the small kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a good amount of counter space for its size.

One of the most impressive features is the full gym and weight room. Future residents will enjoy that the former fourth bathroom has been converted to a spacious sauna, perfect for after a workout. The condo also has a rooftop deck with hillside views when it’s time for some fresh air.

It appears Bonaduce is looking to make multiple moves on the real estate market: his other former marital home is also up for sale. That property, located in Los Feliz, was recently relisted with a reduced ask, and is now priced at $4.398 million.
