Movie and TV producer Reginald Hudlin recently relisted his Beverly Hills home with a reduced ask. The home is now priced at $11.5 million.

Hudlin—best known for producing the Oscar-winning film “Django Unchained”—originally put the luxurious manse on the market for $14.75 million last year. After failing to find a buyer, the Coldwater Canyon residence is back on the market with a much more palatable price tag.

The 4,500-square-foot contemporary residence contains five bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. Visitors are welcomed via a grand double-height entrance space accented with a curved, sculptural staircase. The black marble floors that run throughout the shared living spaces dominate, giving them a glossy, moody feel.

The living room stands out with walls of floor-to-ceiling glass panels and an extensive array of glass doors opening to the outdoor living area; it is anchored by an accent demarcation wall with a two-sided fireplace. The space flows seamlessly to a dining area and a modern kitchen with a dayroom.

The master suite occupies the entire second floor. The luxe space impresses with amenities like dual bathrooms, a fireplace, a lounge and screening room, and a wrap-around terrace that looks out onto the property’s stone patio, swimming pool, and sunlounge.

Hudlin’s recent credits include a role as executive producer for the upcoming feature ‘Emperor’.
