TV writer and producers David Crane and Jeffrey Klarik recently reduced the asking price on their Los Angeles-area penthouse to $25 million.

The “Episodes” co-creators purchased the Century City unit for $11.062 million in 2010 and originally asked $29.9 million for the property in January. Ultra-luxurious is style, the glamorous property is set atop the sprawling Century building.

Spanning 5,320 square feet, the luxury condo impresses with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and several spacious living areas. Future residents will access the unit via a private elevator before taking note of the vast formal living spaces.

Art Deco styling gives the seven-room unit its unique look thanks to additions like bronze and alabaster sconces, Belgium rosewood paneling, black marble floors, and glass panels from the Normandie ship. Potential buyers will also be drawn to the unit’s luxe chandeliers.

Last but not least, the over-the-top apartment wows with a 600-square-foot terrace offering incredible views of the city.
