TV and movie producer Eric Gruendemann recently listed his Los Angeles-area house for $2.693 million.
The “Xena: Warrior Princess” producer and his wife, writer P.J. Manney, purchased the Venice property for $2 million roughly five years ago. The three-story residence was built in 2013, and features strong contemporary architecture; it was designed by Larry Scarpa.
Complete with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, the 2,203-square-foot residence is expressed as industrial chic, but carries a distinct personality. Steel, glass, and poured concrete are tempered with wood accents to give the loft-style its unique feel.
The main living area looks larger than it is; an open-concept design in the shared living space allows for an expansive fluidity between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is especially impressive, and features a long breakfast bar and glass cabinetry. A rooftop deck offers views of the ocean.
