The Nevada ranch of iconic American actor and singer Bing Crosby is now available for $7.28 million.

The crooner’s Elko, Nevada, property served as his private retreat in the 1940s. Crosby set himself up with a veritable compound in the area; Lawson Ranch is just one of seven Elko properties he owned. This particular spot still features the original homestead-era cabin, in addition to a spacious main house of a more recent vintage.

Spanning 5,000 square feet, the main residence holds five bedrooms and five baths. It’s currently in use as a bed and breakfast. The future owner can rent out the three other guest houses for monthly income if desired.

The 3,000-acre ranch can handled up to 600 head of cattle with two convenient enclosed hay barns. Last but not least, the property also boasts a heated repair shop, enclosed equipment storage, an airplane hangar, and a private airstrip.

In 1948, Bing Crosby was crowned “most admired man alive,” according to polls. That same year, it is estimated that more than half of all radio music consisted of his recordings. “White Christmas” may be his most famous tune; it sold over 100 million copies worldwide.
