Country music superstar Jason Aldean made selling his Nashville-area home for $7 million look easy.
Talley Estate spans 9,000 square feet and is set on 120 acres. Aldean and his wife Brittany purchased the luxurious property for $5.35 million a little more than three years ago. It is located about 40 miles outside of Music City.
The six-bedroom, 8.5-bath home features French-inflected exterior architecture. The facade is dominated by a prominent stone turret.
Within, the home strikes a good balance between historical evocation and contemporary taste. It welcomes via a foyer with a rustic floating staircase and a wood-paneled ceiling. The shared living spaces are generally open-concept, allowing for a seamless flow from living room to open-concept kitchen and then to dining room. The cavernous living room features exposed wood ceiling beams, a wall of glass doors leading outside, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.
The kitchen receives built-in cabinetry, a butcher-block center island, and stainless steel appliances. The new homeowners were also surely drawn to the easy access to the expansive outdoor living spaces: several travertine terraces lead to an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and swimming pool.
The country estate also features a two-bedroom guesthouse, a 10,000-square-foot equestrian facility, and a two-lane bowling alley.
