Actor Jeremy Piven recently sold his Malibu beach house to a couple of fellow A-listers.

Superstar singer Jennifer Lopez and retired MLB player Alex Rodriguez are the proud new owners of the oceanfront residence; the couple paid $6.6 million to invest in the property. The home had been listed for as much as $10.5 million, but the pair picked up the property for several million dollars under ask. Piven still made good on his investment, though; he purchased the place for $3.5 million back in 2004.

The home spans 2,424 square feet across three stories. Inside, the main open-concept living space features a bright and airy aesthetic. It is simply styled, with white walls and furnishings, and oak floors presenting some warmth and natural texture. There’s a great deal of glass involved, with walls opening to the bright blue water beyond.

The recently updated kitchen features white cabinetry, dark countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, and amenities include a game room, yoga space, home theater, spa, and sauna.

The property has 50 feet of beach frontage, as well as a small, private outdoor courtyard capped with a pergola.
