Lucy Liu Parting Ways With Pair of Centrally Located Manhattan Condos

Lucy Liu has another pair of properties in contract this winter. The actress recently sold a SoCal gem for $3.1 million that she’d first listed in the spring of last year. This week, Liu has the sale of a pair of residences on the other coast all but sewn up: two adjacent flats in Flatiron, which collectively went for very nearly $6 million.

The two properties occupy the third and fourth floors of a converted brownstone, and in all likelihood went to a buyer interested in a duplex conversion. The building dates to 1910, and was converted to condos in 2004. It extends to six stories, with the top 2 floors occupied by the penthouse.

The total living space of the units measures a little more than 3,600 square feet, and the floorplans are very similar. The lower condo is a two bedroom and two bath residence with a large master suite and an open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen that extends to a little less than 30’ in length. The 4th-floor unit contains three bedrooms and three baths, with two smaller suites instead of one large master, and an open shared living area that loses a bit of room as a result.

Lucy Liu stars in Thom Fitzgerald’s upcoming directorial effort ‘Stage Mother’; she continues in CBS’ ‘Elementary’, starring across from Jonny Lee Miller.
