Celebrity couple Leighton Meester and Adam Brody are parting ways with their Hollywood Hills condo for $739,000. Brody purchased the Los Angeles-area unit nearly 20 year ago.

Located on the top floor of a ’60s-era building, the condo spans 1,400 square feet and holds two bedrooms and two baths. It feels larger than it really is thanks to an open floor plan flowing from the living room with its wet bar to the dining room and eat-in kitchen.

The unit is subdued, bright and very open, with warm plank hardwood warming things up and adding a bit of texture. Sliding doors open to a sunroom, adding to the unit’s breezy appeal. Ownership in the building includes two parking spaces, and access to a pool and a rooftop deck.

Meester can be seen this season in ABC’s ‘Single Parents’; Brody appears in the upcoming feature ‘Shazam!’, which is due in theaters this spring.
