TV producer Marcy Carsey is selling one of her many Malibu homes; this one’s available for $12.995 million.

Carsey’s expansive real estate portfolio might get a bit smaller, but the “Roseanne” producer is set to make a profit on her beautiful beach house. If Carsey’s home sells for her asking price, she’s set to make a $2.35 million profit following 3.5 years of ownership.

The 2,557-square-foot home is located directly on Escondido Beach; it has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Although Mediterranean in style on the outside, the interior is much more contemporary-meets-beach with features like a fireplace, light hardwood floors, white walls, and plenty of floor-to-ceiling glass panels for gazing out at the ocean. A wall of glass sliders extends the living space to the large furnished deck.

Potential buyers will be drawn the upstairs media lounge, which features a walk-in wine cellar and a wet bar. However, the master suite is certainly the most attractive space: a fireplace, spa bath, and an entire wall of retractable glass panels opening to an ocean-front terrace give the room huge appeal.

Carsey’s producing credits include “The Cosby Show” and “3rd Rock from the Sun”.
