Actor and comedian Tom Arnold listed his adventurously decorated Los Angeles home this month for $3.85 million.
Arnold and his soon-to-be ex-wife Ashley Groussman purchased the Beverly Hills home back in 2009. The home’s listing follows news of the couple’s split.
The contemporary home spans 4,636 square feet, and features a mix of high-end accents and quirky personal touches. The pair oversaw a comprehensive remodel following their purchase, which included the addition of bedrooms and a complete kitchen makeover, as well as the wild decor.
The home holds five bedrooms and 4.5 baths. As expected, the kitchen is beautifully updated, having received custom white cabinetry, a center island, and stainless steel appliances. Tracie Butler Interior Design was brought in to add character to the updated home. As a result, there are plenty of blasts of colors and texture; the cool blue accent walls in the otherwise all-white kitchen are a great example.
The lushly-landscaped backyard features a built-in BBQ, several lounge spaces, and a swimming pool with a spa.
Arnold appears in the upcoming film ‘Life Support’; the movie will be in theaters next month.
